Shade recently sent us a slew of images from his latest chance meetings. He must have one hell of a frequent flyer plan...

First he was in Burbank for the Fangoria convention where he met up with his friend, horror journalist and writer Staci Layne Wilson...

He also hung with "The Lost" and "I Know Who Killed Me" directed Chris Sivertson (with large grin and shades), "The Lost" star Marc Senter, and Fever Dreams producer Carl Morano

And Honey Bunny herself Amanda Plummer and "Squirm" director Jeff Lieberman

Stopping off in New York for a breather, longtime friend Dame Darcy of Meat Cake fame dropped for some shenanigans

Then it was off to the Sitges, Spain film festival where he ran into film star and mad android, Rutger Hauer...

...That hot babe who straddled the hood of the Mustang in Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof, Zoe Bell...

...Mena Suvari from American Beauty and Stuart Gordon's Stuck...

...Good ol' Ken Foree from Dawn of the Dead, From Beyond, The Devil's Rejects, and Re-Animator and From Beyond director Stuart Gordon...

And Cannibal Holocaust director Ruggero Deodato

And recorded interviews with Jack Taylor

and Paul Naschy for two upcoming Wild Eye DVD releases (www.wildeyedvd.com)

Back in New York, Shade had a chance to hang with Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin, the stars of NO COUNTRY FOR OLD MEN, the latest Coen Brothers thriller to hit the big screen...

And experienced the powerhouse emotional pillow-in-your-sleeping-face beauty of Brooklyn band Grizzly Bear debuting new live versions and other songs from the Friend EP.

And Fight Club director David Fincher.

That Shade moves around faster than poison ivy at summer camp!
