New Line Cinema did it with “Lord of The Rings” where they had a sleepover for fans to see the first trailer and some special footage. Warner Bros. gave Batman fans and IMAX thrill with approximately 18 minutes of footage from “The Dark Knight.” Given the buzz on TRON, Disney sent fans invitations to attend a special 3D Imax experience courtesy of Disney.

DreamWorks Studios has launched a nationwide casting search to fill a lead role in its upcoming movie “Real Steel,” it was announced today by DreamWorks Studios.

Actors interested in the role have two ways to audition. Beginning immediately, individuals can submit a videotaped audition through www.realsteelcasting.com. Complete instructions are available on the website.
